Printer Friendly Version 10th ANNIVERSARY OF POGROM ON KOSOVO AND METOHIJA @ 14 March 2014 11:49 AM

10 years after the pogrom of the Serbian population which occurred in March 2004 - when dozens of people were killed, 900 people beaten up and severely injured, around 4,000 driven out of their homes, 935 non-Albanian houses set on fire and damaged, 6 towns and 10 villages completely ethnically cleansed - violence continues unabated.

A large number of attacks targeting the Serbian population and Serbian historical, cultural and spiritual heritage sites are evidence that ethnic oppression has not stopped despite the EU facilititated Dialogue in Brussels and the aspirations towards ethnic reconciliation.
