On 23 October 2020, the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in The Hague, has deposited the instrument of ratification of the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance, done in The Hague on November 23, 2007.

The instrument of ratification has been deposited to the Treaty Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in its function of depositary for the Convention.

The Convention will, in accordance with its Article 60, enter into force for the Republic of Serbia on 1 February 2021.
